We store conversations anonymously for audit purposes. By default, the IP address in masked form we record (IPv4 last octet replaced with 0, IPv6 removed except for the first 3 hextets — identical to Google Analytics 4 default behavior). Full IP address we only store it if you have explicitly accepted the analytics cookie category. Details in the "AI chatbot – Conversation storage" section of the Privacy Notice.
