If needed, turn on per-participant payment, group discounts, custom fields per participant, or the waitlist.
more returning guests after the first 3 months — the combined effect of booking automation, reminders, and guest records. A typical result for providers; the exact figure depends on the industry and activity level.
In package + headcount mode, the booker selects a service and specifies how many people it's for. In named mode, each participant is entered individually, and everyone can choose a different service or package. The provider can decide whether to allow only one, or both, of these modes.
The group time picker uses the same calendar as regular booking: only available days and times are clickable, and each slot shows how many spots are still free. Capacity is configurable per service — staff/resource-based or a fixed number — taking breaks into account.
Per-participant payment can be enabled: each participant receives their own card payment link for their fee. A group discount can also be set, which is automatically applied to the total once a headcount threshold is reached.
Group booking is disabled by default and only appears to guests once the provider enables it. It doesn't affect existing single-person bookings or other settings, and it follows the usual approval logic.
