Review the columns, match staff members and services, then resolve any flagged conflicts.

Frequently asked questions about data migration
Which systems can I migrate data from?
AI Booking recognises Salonic exports as well as structured JSON and CSV files. Exports from other systems can be reviewed with a preview and manual field mapping. The transferable data depends on the contents of the source file.
Which data can be imported?
Clients, staff, services and bookings can be prepared for import if they are included in the export from the previous system.
What happens to invalid or incomplete rows?
The preview flags unrecognised or conflicting data. Field mappings can be corrected before approval, and problematic rows can be excluded.
Is the uploaded file retained?
AI Booking does not retain the raw import file. The import log contains a technical summary, not the complete source file or its raw personal data.
Can I ask for help by email?
Yes. Email info@aibooking.hu with the system you are leaving and the export you received. We will first agree on a secure way to transfer any file containing personal data.
