AI analyzes your booking data and suggests a pricing strategy

AI Booking is a Hungarian-language online appointment scheduling SaaS for service business owners — from bookings through guest communication and online payment to Billingo/Számlázz.hu invoicing, you manage day-to-day operations in a single interface. This page introduces the AI-based price suggestion module. Pricing is one of the hardest decisions for a service business. Too low — your booking numbers are fine, but you lose out on revenue. Too high — fewer bookings. AI Booking's price suggestion module continuously monitors your own utilization, the industry average, and booking density, and gives daily pricing suggestions for the coming weeks — per service.

What does this mean in practice?

Picture an average day with AI Booking running in the background. In the morning, before you've even walked into your business, the first booking has already happened: a returning guest picked a time slot on their phone at 7:42am and received an automatic confirmation email. Your calendar has updated, and all you do is glance at your phone over breakfast to see what's waiting for you that day. AI analyzing your booking data and suggesting a pricing strategy was built exactly to give you this peace of mind: weekly price suggestions per service, dynamic pricing: higher during peak times, discounted during quiet periods, and competitor tracking (anonymous, industry average) — all without you having to sit by your phone all day.

While you're working, guests don't interrupt you with urgent calls, because your online booking page is available 24/7. In the afternoon, when you check back in, you review the incoming bookings, cancellations, and payments in a few minutes — and importantly, everything is organized, searchable, and exportable. The guest registry remembers what each person liked last time, so at their next booking you already know exactly what to prepare. Weekly statistics show you the trends: is revenue growing, how many new guests arrived, and which service is most in demand.

In the evening, when you close up the workshop or salon, you no longer need to keep a paper diary or send follow-up emails. AI Booking automatically sends tomorrow's reminders (and, in the Basic/Pro plan, the SMS messages), updates Google Calendar, and prepares the monthly statistics. Your job remains the professional part — the system takes over the booking administration.

How to use it in 3 steps?

  1. 1

    Registration and basic settings

The first step is registration that starts your 14-day trial without a credit card — just an email address or Google login is enough. The onboarding wizard walks you through your account basics (business name, contact, booking URL), then you set up your services: name, duration, price, description. Can be activated: Per-service price suggestions, broken down by week. Your booking page is then already live, and your guests can book right away — with an average setup time of 15-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Working hours, calendar and notifications

In the second step, you set your working hours (weekly, daily, exceptions, time off), and connect your Google Calendar account so your private events also block booking slots. You decide which email templates are active (confirmation, reminder, follow-up) and when they go out (e.g. 24 hours before). In the Basic and Pro plans, you can also add SMS reminders. Can be enabled: Dynamic pricing: higher during peak times, discounted during off-peak times. This way your guests receive an automatic, branded confirmation.

  3. 3

Sharing the link and daily use

The third step is sharing your booking link: Instagram bio, Facebook post, business card QR code, an embeddable booking form on your website, or a WordPress shortcode. From here, the system works automatically: Competitor tracking (anonymous, industry average). All you do is check your mobile admin dashboard each morning (installable from your mobile browser), see the day's bookings, confirm them, and at month's end export the invoices to Billingo or Számlázz.hu. The statistics module shows how your business is growing.

+30-40%

more returning guests after the first 3 months — the combined effect of booking automation, reminders, and guest records. A typical result for providers; the exact figure depends on the industry and activity level.

How does it fit with the other features?

What does the AI price suggestion mean?

The model monitors changes in occupancy rate over time (e.g. Thursday 2:00 PM is always fully booked, Monday 9:00 AM is empty), and suggests service-level pricing refinements: a 10-15% premium during peak periods, a 10-15% discount during slow periods. It also tracks industry average trends (anonymized data from other AI Booking providers).

Where do I see the suggestions?

On the admin interface's /ai-arjavaslat page: a weekly calendar view, with a suggested price range next to each time slot (compared to the current price). It can be accepted with one click, or customized individually. The change only affects new bookings, existing ones are left untouched.

How does the AI know what a good price is?

From three sources: (1) your own booking density — if a time slot is always full, there's room for pricing; (2) industry averages — anonymous data from other AI Booking providers in a similar industry; (3) seasonal trends — e.g. the effect of holidays or school breaks.

Revenue-optimizing suggestions

Beyond simple pricing, the module suggests: (a) whether it's worth introducing a deposit for the current service; (b) whether there's a service pairing worth bundling into a package; (c) whether it would make sense to introduce a pass for frequently returning guests.

Data Processing

We only use your own booking data within your own account. For the industry average we only use anonymized, aggregated statistics: e.g. "beauty industry average hourly rate 2026 Q2: HUF 8,500". We never share any specific provider-level data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it automatically change my prices?
No, never. It only makes a suggestion — you decide whether to apply it. Changes are always made with a manual click.
How does the AI know the industry average price?
From anonymous, aggregated data: when many providers in the AI Booking database have set a price for a similar service, the model calculates the average. Your own price is never shared with anyone.
After how many bookings does it start suggesting pricing?
Usually after 30-50 bookings there's already enough data for your own utilization pattern. The industry average is available immediately.
What do I do if I disagree with the suggestion?
You simply don't accept it. The model learns from what you accepted and what you rejected — after a while, it only offers relevant suggestions.
Does it only suggest prices, or other strategies too?
Both: specific price figures per service, plus general revenue-optimizing suggestions (introducing deposits, package pricing, passes, discount promotions).
