The first step is registration that starts your 14-day trial without a credit card — just an email address or Google login is enough. The onboarding wizard walks you through your account basics (business name, contact, booking URL), then you set up your services: name, duration, price, description. How does the system know what language the guest speaks?
From several signals: (1) the browser's default language, (2) the query parameter of the booking link (?lang=en), (3) the preferred language stored in the guest record if returning. The guest can always choose manually as well.
How much does AI translation cost?
Basic translation (service descriptions, email templates) is part of the Pro plan, with unlimited use. Real-time translation of guest messages is also included in the Pro plan.
How accurate is the translation?
Modern AI (we use the kimi-k2 multimodal model) — reliable even with professional terminology. It accurately translates naturally written Hungarian text into the target language. For guest-critical messages (e.g. cancellation terms), it's worth reviewing the translation yourself.
Does the guest see that AI is translating?
Not directly. Only the final result appears on the booking page. At the bottom of emails, a small disclaimer appears: "This email was generated by automatic translation. Thank you for your understanding."
