Statistics that show you where the growth opportunity is

AI Booking's detailed statistics module helps you understand how your business is running — booking volume, no-show rate, guest retention, favorite services, staff performance, financial trends. The dashboard works on mobile too, and all data can be exported to CSV or PDF — for your accountant, business development, or your own analysis. The page view module also tracks traffic on marketing sub-pages.

What does this mean in practice?

Picture an average day with AI Booking running in the background. In the morning, before you've even walked into your business, the first booking has already happened: a returning guest picked a time slot on their phone at 7:42am and received an automatic confirmation email. Your calendar has updated, and all you do is glance at your phone over breakfast to see what's waiting for you that day. The statistics that show you where the growth potential lies were built exactly to give you this peace of mind: booking statistics — volume, no-shows, booking sources, financial reports — revenue, VAT, payment methods, coupons, and staff statistics — who completed how many bookings, ratings — all without you having to sit by your phone all day.

While you're working, guests don't interrupt you with urgent calls, because your online booking page is available 24/7. In the afternoon, when you check back in, you review the incoming bookings, cancellations, and payments in a few minutes — and importantly, everything is organized, searchable, and exportable. The guest registry remembers what each person liked last time, so at their next booking you already know exactly what to prepare. Weekly statistics show you the trends: is revenue growing, how many new guests arrived, and which service is most in demand.

In the evening, when you close up the workshop or salon, you no longer need to keep a paper diary or send follow-up emails. AI Booking automatically sends tomorrow's reminders (and, in the Basic/Pro plan, the SMS messages), updates Google Calendar, and prepares the monthly statistics. Your job remains the professional part — the system takes over the booking administration.

How to use it in 3 steps?

  1. 1

    Registration and basic settings

The first step is registration that starts your 14-day trial without a credit card — just an email address or Google login is enough. The onboarding wizard walks you through your account basics (business name, contact, booking URL), then you set up your services: name, duration, price, description. Can be activated: Booking statistics — volume, no-shows, booking sources. Your booking page is then already live, and your guests can book right away — with an average setup time of 15-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Working hours, calendar and notifications

In the second step, you set your working hours (weekly, daily, exceptions, time off), and connect your Google Calendar account so your private events also block booking slots. You decide which email templates are active (confirmation, reminder, follow-up) and when they go out (e.g. 24 hours before). In the Basic and Pro plans, you can also add SMS reminders. Can be enabled: Financial reports — revenue, VAT, payment methods, coupons. This way your guests receive an automatic, branded confirmation.

  3. 3

Sharing the link and daily use

The third step is sharing your booking link: Instagram bio, Facebook post, business card QR code, an embeddable booking form on your website, or a WordPress shortcode. From here, the system works automatically: Staff statistics — who completed how many bookings, and their ratings. All you do is check your mobile admin dashboard each morning (installable from your mobile browser), see the day's bookings, confirm them, and at month's end export the invoices to Billingo or Számlázz.hu. The statistics module shows how your business is growing.

+30-40%

more returning guests after the first 3 months — the combined effect of booking automation, reminders, and guest records. A typical result for providers; the exact figure depends on the industry and activity level.

How does it fit with the other features?

Booking Dashboard

On the admin dashboard's main screen, you see today's bookings, the weekly summary, and the monthly trend. Charts show the trend in booking volume, service ratios, and the load of the busiest hours. A single glance at your business's current status — useful several times a day.

Financial reports

The revenue module shows monthly/quarterly/annual revenue, broken down by VAT, and by payment method (Stripe, Barion, SimplePay, cash, bank transfer). Coupon usage, pass sales, and refunds can also be reported separately. Useful for your accountant and for your own business decisions.

Staff performance

In the Pro plan, you can see performance per staff member: how many bookings they completed, their average rating, how many no-shows they had, and how much revenue they generated. Useful for feedback, bonus systems, or spotting who needs what (e.g. more consultation bookings).

Guest statistics

Top guests (most bookings or spend), return rate, average spend per guest, favorite service. Useful for setting up VIP treatment (e.g. birthday greetings, loyalty discounts), or if you want to know how revenue is distributed among your guests.

CSV and PDF export

Every report can be exported to CSV (for further analysis in Excel) or PDF (for sending to your accountant or partner). The inventory module, reviews and booking lists can also be exported separately. An n8n webhook is also available (booking.created, booking.cancelled, etc.) if you want automated data transfer (e.g. to Google Sheets — NOTE: automatic Google Sheets sync isn't built in, this can only be achieved via n8n).

Frequently Asked Questions

Are statistics only available in the Pro package?
Basic statistics are available in every package (number of bookings, revenue summary). Detailed staff performance, AI analysis, and advanced reports are in the Pro package. The Basic package is sufficient for most individual service providers.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes, every report can be exported to CSV, which can also be opened in Excel and Google Sheets. PDF export is also available for presentation or archiving.
Is there a real-time dashboard?
Yes, the admin dashboard updates in real time — every new booking, payment, and cancellation appears instantly. It also works on mobile, and can even be installed to the phone's home screen straight from the browser.
Can I set up automatic Google Sheets sync?
There's no built-in Google Sheets sync directly. However, automated Google Sheets updates can be achieved via n8n webhooks (booking.created, booking.updated, etc. events) — with an n8n flow. This is technically a few-minute setup, but it requires n8n or a similar automation tool.
Can I see traffic on the marketing subpages?
Yes, the page-view module records traffic on every marketing subpage. A separate Google Analytics integration (Google Tag GT-MK92WW34) also runs, providing more detailed traffic data.
Can I see no-show statistics per guest?
Yes, the number and rate of no-shows is visible on the guest card. The AI no-show prediction (Pro plan) gives a risk score to every new booking, so you can handle it proactively.
For what time period can I create a report?
For any period: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a custom range (from-to). The reporting module is flexible, and the exported CSV/PDF file includes the period indication.
